Authentic Smoked BBQ items
- Beef Brisket – spice rubbed and then slow smoked until it’s melt in your mouth tender.
- Pork Shoulder – used to make pulled pork – tender, smoky goodness.
- Pork Side Ribs – meaty, delicious, slow cooked and sauced.
- Chicken Thighs – brined, rubbed, cooked, sauced to perfection.
Prices per person:
- $30 for one meat and sides.
- $35 for two meats and sides.
- $40 for three meats and sides.
- $45 for four meats and sides.
Add $5 per person if beef is included.
Side dishes
- Coleslaw, Potato Salad and Green Salad.
- Dinner Rolls are included as well as a Fruit Plate.

Prices include disposable plates, cutlery and napkins.
Regular china and cutlery can be rented for an additional $1 per piece, per person.
