• Beef Brisket – spice rubbed and then slow smoked until it’s melt in your mouth tender.
• Pork Shoulder – used to make pulled pork – tender, smoky goodness.
• Pork Side Ribs – meaty, delicious, slow cooked and sauced.
• Chicken Thighs – brined, rubbed, cooked, sauced to perfection.

Prices per person:

• $30 for one meat and sides.
• $35 for two meats and sides.
• $40 for three meats and sides.
• $45 for four meats and sides.

Side dishes

• Coleslaw, Potato Salad and Green Salad.
• Dinner Rolls are included as well as a Fruit Plate.

Prices include disposable plates, cutlery and napkins.

Regular china and cutlery can be rented for an additional $3.00 per person.
